The former Windsor Business Improvement Association building will soon be renovated into a residential space with the possibility of it becoming a three-floor building with the help of Coachwood Capital.
The residential space will be renovated into lofts consisting of 2 floors. One is a living room, laundry room, kitchen, and bathroom space while the other becomes a master bedroom suite area. These lofts would also feature a balcony area located on the top level.
This new opportunity comes with additional grants of $5,000 per residential unit and with a front facade worth up to $15,000 making it a deal worth going after.
